Neither Would They Install Third-Party Apps Like Any Desk or Team Viewer or Communicate For Fund Transfers To Any Personal Account. My Taj Trip Strictly Will Not Be Liable For Any Losses If You Engage In Any Such Act Or Experience Any Loss Of Your Money.
Insufficient Turnout for Individual (FIT) Visits or Packages:
If a tour or travel service is cancelled for any unavoidable reason. This will be effective as of the day we get a written letter notifying us of the same, and we must be informed of it in writing.
The Cancellation Charges Would Be As Follows:
15% of the tour/service cost is due 60 days or more before to arrival.
30% of the tour or service cost is due 30 days prior to arrival if booked within 59 days.
50% of the tour/service cost if cancelled 29 days and 15 days before to arrival.
No-shows or cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will not be reimbursed.
Note: If reservations for the subsequent period are cancelled for any reason, there will be no refund given for such cancellations.
High Peak Season Reservations (From 20th December To 15th January).
Holiday Season Reservations (Festivals Like -Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair Etc).
No Show For Group Tours/Packages:
When travel or tour services are cancelled for any unavoidable reason. This must be sent to us in writing and will take effect the day after it is received.

(For The Cancellation Of Individual And Group Tours):
Regardless of the cancellation mentioned in the aforementioned tab, if the client cancels the tour or travel services after making a reservation with us for any reason, a minimum service charge of 10% will be applied to the overall cost of the tour package.
If the confirmed tour or travel services must be cancelled due to any natural calamities that are unavoidable, regardless of the cancellation mentioned above tabs, then the following two options may be available:
=> For the advance payment made by the client, a credit note facility will be made available, and the client may use this facility at any time for future travel for themselves or for any other members of his family, friends, or relatives.
=> If a client requests a refund urgently, a minimum 10% service charge will be applied to the total tour cost, and the balance (less the 10% service charge) will be refunded to the client.
The amount of the refund would depend on the amount we could collect from the hotels/inns in the event that the client cancels the tour after it has started or in the middle of it. The company would not be liable for any refunds for hotels, transportation, meals, guides, or any other travel services that were not utilised.
The cancellation fee would be based on the whole cost of the reservation, not the client’s advance payment.
Cancellation Policy For The Flight Tickets:
Flight Tickets Booked Are Non-Refundable. Name Change And Date Change Can Be Considered As Per The Rules Stipulated By The Airline.
Cancellation Policy for the Wildlife Game Drives :
No refunds are available for any wildlife game drives scheduled in wildlife national parks or sanctuaries. Even a date change request will be viewed as a cancellation, and no payment may be refunded or adjusted in response. According to the laws and regulations of the government, this is.

At the time of tour confirmation, all visitors (foreign nationals, NRIs, and Indian nationals) are required to present a photo ID. The Documents Provided Below Can Be Used For A Variety Of Categories
• A passport copy and a visa are required for foreign nationals.
• A copy of the client’s passport if they are an Indian NRI.
• A passport photo and a copy of the client’s OCI or PIO card are required for clients who are overseas Indians.
• A copy of the client’s driver’s licence, voter identification card, or passport is required for domestic clients.

Refund Policy :
Regarding Refund Of Unused/Unutilized Services (Which Are Paid For And Canceled In Advance), The Refund Amount Would Be Worked Out Based On The Cancellation Policy As Described Above. The Money Would Be Accordingly Refunded To The Person Who Has Made The Payment To Us.
Please Note That The Refund Process May Take A Minimum Of 5-6 Weeks Due To Banking Procedures. If The Refund Is Made To The Credit Card Account OR A Bank Account, The Bank Charges Would Be Debited From The Refund Amount. Only Written Communication Shall Be Entertained Regarding The Refund Part.
